Easter Rigotta

Crust:
- 1/2 Cup butter or amrgarine
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 Tsp. baking powder
Filing:
- 2 Lbs. Rigotta
- 1/4 TSp. Salt
- 12 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- Chocolate bars chopped
up
- Cherries chopped up
Beat Rigotta separately.
Add 12 eggs after beaten.
Add salt and sugar.
Add chocolate and cherries.
Bake at 325 degrees until done.
