At The Lake Chocolate Cake
w/ Fantastic Fluffy-Fudge Huckleberry Frosting

3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
6 T Baking Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 C Water
2/3 C Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. White Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix first five dry ingredients. Beat on low speed for one minute, the one minute on medium speed. Add rest of ingredients, blend until smooth. Bake in greased 9 X 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely

Top with Fantastic Fluffy-Fudge Huckleberry Frosting

1 C Cold Milk
1 3.9 Package of Instant Chocolate Fudge pudding mix
8 ounce Cool Whip
1/2 Cup Huckleberries
Beat Milk and Pudding one minute - fold in
Huckleberrries, add a few huckleberries on top of each serving.
Dash of Cinnamon on top.
