                  3 cups 
                  flour 2 
                  1/4 cups sugar

                  1/2 tsp. baking powder

                  1/2 tsp. salt
 1 
                  1/2 cups oil
 1 
                  1/2 cups milk
 3 
                  eggs
 1/2 
                  tsp. almond extract
 1 
                  1/2 tbs. poppy seed
 
                      
                        Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first four ingredients. 
                        Mix last five ingredients. Mix together. Bake 20-25 minutes 
                        in greased muffin tins. |  |
