Minted Berries

1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chpped or cut fresh mint
2 Tablespoons sugar, or to taste
4 Cups berries (blue or blackberries are best)

In a large bowl combine the first three ingredients. Gently toss in the berries. Chill overnight to allow the flavors to blend. Wonderfully easy, and floks love it! Best of all, it can (and should) be prepared the night before.
