Blueberry Apple Pie

6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 pie crusts (for bottom and top of pie)

Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Leave for 10 minutes. Add to uncooked pie crust. Place another pie crust on top of pie. Make a slit in the center. Cook at 350 F for 45 minutes.
