Easter Rigotta Pie

Crust:

  • 1/2 Cup butter or amrgarine
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Cups flour
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder

Filing:

  • 2 Lbs. Rigotta
  • 1/4 TSp. Salt
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups sugar
  • Chocolate bars chopped up
  • Cherries chopped up

Beat Rigotta separately.

Add 12 eggs after beaten.

Add salt and sugar.

Add chocolate and cherries.

Bake at 325 degrees until done.
