Horseradish Mashed Potatoes


  • 8 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup horseradish
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sour creme
  • Water, enough to cover potatoes

Boil diced potatoes in water until soft. Remove from stove, drain and mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add horseradish, butter and sour cream. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
