Ham
& Cheese Soufflé
- Use
Two 2-quart casseroles, greased
- 1
loaf cubed Italian bread
- 1
pound sliced cooked ham, cubed
- 12
ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Blend
well:
- 6
tablespoons flour
- 5
tablespoons melted butter
- 2
tablespoons dry mustard
- 8
eggs
- 4
1/2 cups milk (1/2 evaporated, 1/2 water)
Pour
mixture over ham & cheese and bread. Chill covered overnight.
Bake uncovered at 359 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serve immediately.
