Eggs Monterey w/ Spices

3 1/2 Cups frozen hash brown potato shreds, thawed
3 Cups shredded Mexican cheese
1 Cup diced green pepper
1/2 Cup sliced green onion
1/2 Cup frozen corn, thawed

14 Eggs
3/4 Cup milk
Salt & Pepper
1 10 oz. can "Ro-Tel" diced tomatoes & green chilies

1. In bowl, blend eggs and milk.
2. In separate mixing bowl, combine canned tomatoes, hash browns, cheese,  
   green pepper, green onion, and corn.
3. Blend eggs into potato mixture.  Pour into two spray-coated pie pans.
4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 60 - 70 minutes, until puffy and
  
golden.
