8 ounces flour
4 Level teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 ounces lard
1 ounce sugar

Milx all except milk until crumbly. Slowly add milk until a loose dough is formed. Roll gently until 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds. Refrigerate for one hour. Bake at 10-12 minutes at 475 degrees.
