Ham 'n Cheese Pie

1 cup diced ham
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Place ham and cheese in pie pan; mix together. In blender or food processor, blend together eggs, milk, Bisquick and mustard for 1 minute. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until puffy and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes.
