Migas

1 Dozen eggs
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon sweet basil

Beat all together. Add 2 bunches green onions, sauteed in 3 tablespoons of butter. Pour into egg mixture and stir as if for scrambled eggs. Add 2 cups shredded jack or cheddar cheese. Add 2 1/2 cups slightly crumbled salted tortilla chips. Add 1 1/2 cups Pace Picante medium (or mild, in deference to guests). Stir and cook like scrambled eggs.
