Einstein's Lemon Yogurt Bread

3 cups flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup's sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups lemon yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice (real lemon)
3 eggs

DIRECTIONS:
Sift the dry ingredients: put in separate bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the oil and sugar; mix well. Add yogurt and lemon juice and dry ingredients - mix well. Pour into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
