Southern Wind Style Cinnamon French Toast

1 Loaf French bread cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch slices
12 Medium eggs
3 Cups milk
5 Teaspoons sugar
1/3 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream for on the side

Spray 9 X 13 Baking pan with non-stick spray. Arrange bread slices in one layer. Beat the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To Bake: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Dot Bread /Slices with pats of butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of white sugar (about 1/2 cup) cinnamon (until it is a nice shad of brown) and about 1/4 cup of brown sugar.) Bake until bubbly and lightly browned about 40050 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand about 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with a Healthy Dollop of Whipped Cream and Lots of Love.
