French Toast

lg loaf of french bread (no crust)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
Cut
bread into 1 inch cubes and place half in a 9x13 pan. Cut
cream cheese into cubes and sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle
blueberries over and then add other half of bread cubes. Mix
eggs, milk and honey and pour mixture over bread mixture.
Chill overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and
bake 30 more minutes until firm. Slice and serve warm with
warmed blueberry sauce.

Sauce
In
a sauce pan combine:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter/margarine
Boil
over med heat 3 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in 1 cup
blueberries, reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes until blueberries
burst. Stir in 1 tbsp margarine.
