Lou's Granola

• 5 cups rolled oats
• 1 cup raw wheat germ
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 cup honey
• 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
• 1 cup powdered milk
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water

1 cup each:
• Dried apricots
• Dried apples
• Dried dates (no pits)
• Dried raisins
• Coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 250 Degrees. Combine all dry ingredients and then mix in all the wet ingredients by hand. Spread out on 2 jelly roll pans and bake on 250 for 1 hour. Tossing with a spatula every 15 minutes. Let stand 1 hour before packaging.
