Karen’s Cinnamon Nut Granola

1 1/2 cups hone (homemade Fireweed honey if possible)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tablespoons cinnamon
7 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups raw wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup bran
1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins

Heat the first five ingredients in a sauce pan until well blended. Cool. Mix other ingredients in large lightly greased baking pan. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Bake two hours (tossing every 1/2 hour).
