Cheese Chile, Please

4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack
1/4 cup melted butter
8 ounces chopped green chillies
Avocado and Salsa for garnish

Beat eggs, add dry ingredients. Add cheeses, butter and chilies to mix. Batter will be lumpy. Lightly grease casserole dish, fill and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with slices of fresh Avocado and Salsa. Note: You may add more or less chilies depending upon your taste.
